Conimex Ketjap Manis Sweet Soy Sauce. This sweet soya sauce follows an Indonesian-style recipe made with soya beans. Its sweet, savoury flavour works in stir-fries, marinades, soups and sauces, including nasi, bami and satay dishes. Pack contents: 1kg.
For nasi goreng, stir a little ketjap through the rice near the end of cooking. You can also combine it with garlic and ginger for a sweet glaze, or stir it into peanut sauce to bring sweetness and savoury depth.
