Water, sugar, 14% rapeseed oil, 5.4% soybean oil, 3% chili pepper, onion, fermented soybeans, acids (citric acid, lactic acid), modified corn starch, salt, natural vinegar, preservative (potassium sorbate), modified potato starch, thickener (xanthan gum), herbs and spices (0.12% Sichuan pepper powder, herbs and spices), flavouring enhancer (monosodium glutamate), mustard seed, stabilizer (calcium disodium EDTA).
