Il Tartufo di Paolo Cream Sauce Truffle White. Italian Cream Sauce with 6% White Truffle and Grana Padano Cheese – suited to enhancing pasta, risotto, or pizza with an exquisite truffle flavour. Heat gently and add at the end of cooking to preserve the delicate taste of white truffle. Pack contents: 500g.
Toss the prepared sauce through a pasta shape that suits its texture. Add cooked vegetables if desired and reserve a little pasta water to adjust the consistency.
