Knorr Chicken Stock Paste. This is 1.5kg of concentrated stock paste, with a stated prepared yield of 83l. It offers a rich and intense flavour to all your dishes. Its easy-to-dose texture preserves the ingredient's intensity, making it suited to soups, sauces, and seasoning vegetables and starches. Pack contents: 1.5kg.
Prepare or dilute using the exact quantity on the pack. Use stock as the liquid for a soup, risotto or stew; use a gravy preparation as directed for the finished sauce. Taste before adding salt, particularly when combining it with soy sauce or another concentrated ingredient.
Knorr’s story began in Heilbronn, Germany, in 1838. Its early experiments with dried vegetables and seasonings led to dried soups in 1873.
