Knorr Démi-glace Sauce. It offers a rich meat flavour and dissolves quickly to create a smooth, velvety demi-glace sauce. Contains allergens such as gluten, egg, soy, milk, celery, and mustard. Pack contents: 1.48kg.
Prepare or dilute using the pack’s method, then use as the base of a pan sauce. A little cooked mushroom or red-wine reduction can change the finished sauce; taste before adding salt.
Knorr’s story began in Heilbronn, Germany, in 1838. Its early experiments with dried vegetables and seasonings led to dried soups in 1873.
