Knorr White Sauce. It is a creamy base sauce suited to enhancing vegetable and pasta dishes. This and well-balanced sauce pairs excellently with meat, fish, and vegetables. Pack contents: 1kg.
Use béchamel between the layers of lasagne or over cooked cauliflower for a baked gratin. A little nutmeg and grated cheese can be added according to your recipe.
Knorr’s story began in Heilbronn, Germany, in 1838. Its early experiments with dried vegetables and seasonings led to dried soups in 1873.
