Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
Ingredients
Rapeseed oil 68%, natural vinegar, water, free-range egg yolk 5.1%, glucose-fructose syrup, mustard (water, mustard seeds, natural vinegar, spices), salt, modified corn starch, lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, potassium chloride, natural flavouring, antioxidant: E385, colour: beta-carotene.
