Mayoneur Spicy Truffle mayo Mayonnaise. It combines the rich, luxurious flavour of real truffle with a bold kick of red chili peppers. This unique truffle mayo is suited to adding a gourmet twist to sweet potato fries, grilled burgers, carpaccio, and sandwiches. Pack contents: 250g.
Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
