Oliehoorn Mayonnaise 80%. It is a fresh mayonnaise made from a recipe, featuring a creamy texture and mild seasoning. With a high oil content, it offers a rich and full flavour, suited to fries, snacks, sandwiches, or as a base for homemade dressings and sauces. Pack contents: 10kg.
Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
