Oliehoorn Sauce Truffle Mayonnaise. It combines a rich, creamy base blended with the refined flavour of real black summer truffles. This mayonnaise contains 10% truffle, elevating dishes to a gourmet level. Pack contents: 900g.
Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
