Remia Mayonnaise. It is an extra creamy and lightly sweet mayonnaise, made with free-range egg yolks. Pack contents: 200 × 20ml.
Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
Ingredients
Rapeseed oil 68%, water, natural vinegar, free-range egg yolk 5.0%, sugar, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, spices), salt, natural flavouring, thickener: xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, antioxidant: E385, colouring: beta-carotene.
