Remia Mayonnaise black truffle. It is a savoury and creamy mayonnaise made with Italian black truffles and free-range egg yolks. Packaged in a 2.5L bucket with a Remia lid dispenser, it ensures hygiene, efficiency, and ease of use. Pack contents: 2.5kg.
Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
