Remia Mayonnaise extra Creamy. It is an extra creamy and lightly sweet mayonnaise made with free-range egg yolks. This artisanal mayonnaise is suited to fries and various snacks, and also serves as an excellent base for homemade sauces and dressings. Pack contents: 10kg.
Use in an egg sandwich, potato salad or coleslaw. Stir in herbs, lemon or mustard a little at a time, then taste before adding salt. Keep crisp salad ingredients separate until assembling.
