Monin Yuzu Fruit Syrup. It contains sugar, yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, concentrated orange juice, natural flavour, pectin as a thickener, and potassium sorbate as a preservative. Pack contents: 1l.
Dilute drink syrup according to the pack, then try it with still or sparkling water. The named flavour can also guide a mocktail with ice and fruit; use the label’s ratio as the starting point.
Ingredients
Sugar, yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, concentrated orange juice, acids: citric acid and sodium citrate, natural flavouring, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 45% fruit, of which 25% is yuzu.
