Gouda's Glorie Mustard. It is mild and smooth in flavour, suited to cheese platters, croquette sandwiches, or bitterballen. Packaged in a convenient 3L jar, it can be displayed alongside other Gouda's Glorie flavours in a sauce station. Pack contents: 3kg.
Serve with a sausage sandwich or cheese, or whisk a little into an oil-and-vinegar dressing. Add gradually to a pan sauce so the mustard strengthens the flavour without overwhelming it.
