Tomasu Madame Jeanette Soy Sauce Sweet Salt. It is Europe's only micro-brewed soy sauce, made in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Made with homegrown soybeans and wheat from Hoeksche Waard, this unique soy sauce combines a special sweet and spicy flavour created using handpicked Madame Jeanette peppers sourced from the Dutch Centre for Genetic Resources. Pack contents: 200g.
Use soy sauce in a ginger-and-garlic marinade, a noodle stir-fry or a dressing with rice vinegar. Because it contributes salt as well as savoury flavour, taste the dish before adding more salt.
