Acquerello

Acquerello focuses on rice for risotto, where the grain's texture matters as much as the sauce. Build the dish with warm stock added gradually, then finish with your choice of mushrooms, vegetables or cheese for a creamy result.

At Pantry, shop Carnaroli risotto rice from Acquerello, with worldwide delivery from the Netherlands.
