Blooker belongs to Amsterdam's long cocoa history. Brothers Johannes and Cornelis Blooker began making cocoa in 1813 at the De Vriendschap mill near the Weesperzijde. The business later grew into a prominent steam-powered cocoa and chocolate factory, remembered for the slogan 'Half elf Blookertijd'.
Pantry currently carries Cocoa Powder from Blooker.
