De Bakspray van Dr. Oetker Professional is onmisbaar in de professionele keuken. Vet met de spray bakplaten, bakvormen en wafelijzers in en gebruik tevens voor ovenschalen en grill. Dankzij deze professionele bakspray heb je geen bakpapier meer nodig en taarten en cakes glijden in een geheel uit hun bakvormen. De innovatieve samenstelling zorgt ervoor dat slechts een klein beetje lossingsolie nodig is en deze geeft geen geur of smaak af. Spray een bakplaat of bakvorm in één keer in vanaf 20-30 cm afstand en de bakvorm of grill is klaar om te gebruiken.
