Dit is ons Tomasu-zout. Gemaakt van gros sel de Guérande (zout), geoogst in Bretagne, Frankrijk. Omdat dit zout een van onze vier ingrediënten is, voelde het logisch om zout met sojasaus te maken. We vullen vaten met zout en vullen ze aan met versgeperste sojasaus, waardoor de smaken zich kunnen vermengen en rijpen, wat resulteert in een uniek smaakvol zout.
