Yama Miso Sauce 750g
Yama Miso Sauce. Aka Miso Sauce, Light Brown – Rich miso flavour with a hint of ginger. Made from water, miso (soybeans, water, malted rice, salt), sugar, soy sauce, sweet rice wine, sunflower oil, ginger pieces, and natural spices. Pack contents: 750g.
Stir a little into broth for a miso soup, or blend it with sesame oil and rice vinegar for a dressing. Add gradually and taste before adding salt. The named paste variety matters when balancing the finished dish.
