Yamamori Ponzu shoyu Sauce. It is authentically made in Asia and specially developed with top European chefs to suit fusion Japanese cuisine and street food. They give chefs the freedom to create sauces and dressings for fusion Asian dishes like tuna tataki, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, sushi, and oriental salads. Pack contents: 500g.
Use ponzu as a dressing for a cold noodle salad or as a dip beside cooked fish or tofu. It is also useful for finishing mushrooms or vegetables when you want a savoury, tangy accent.
